Yes, it is safe to add Kura to frozen recipes. We love using Kura in frozen popsicle recipes as an example. They’re a perfect summer treat, and you can rest assured that the proteins, vitamins and minerals will all remain intact.
Freezing Kura will affect the probiotic content, however. This doesn’t spoil the product or make it unfit for consumption after freezing it, but we do want to point out that probiotics are sensitive to extreme temperatures. For this reason, we don’t suggest solely using Kura in frozen recipes, as we want you to benefit from all of the amazing properties the product delivers. That said we do encourage experimenting with frozen recipes for fun!
